Transcript Of Module 1:

Hi, everybody. I am Pierra Caiozzo, and this is my first online course called From Wounds to Wisdom.

This course is going to take you from your wounded inner child to the empowered creator of your own reality.

 

Go from healing your inner blocks to reconnecting with your authentic self in order to manifest the life of your dreams.

 

The first part of this quest is really going to start with clarity and awareness. A lot of people are very unclear about what they want to manifest or even create that there’s so many blocks blocking us from actually accessing this limitless quantum field of potential realities.

 

So there’s many manifestation blocks that most of us have that we don’t even know that we have, that we’re walking around with. So today I really want to start talking about the different types of manifestation blocks. The first one, kind of an ode to my podcast, goes to our human condition. How we’re backpack of emotions that we walk around with that keep us stuck.


So the first one I want to talk about is our limiting beliefs. Now you might be like, I don’t even know that I have limiting beliefs, but we all do. And some of them sound like I’m not good enough. I’m not lovable. I don’t deserve. I’m just not worthy. And that right there, that limiting belief will have you stuck in your entire lifetime.

So in this course, I want to show you how to shift that in a way that starts to break those blocks and starts leaving a clear path to the reality that you actually want, that you actually deserve.

 

Another manifestation block is low self-worth. If we walk around with a subconscious belief that we are not worthy, we are actually pushing things away like abundance, good relationships, you name it, a good job, whatever it is. But there’s an antidote to that. If we actually are open to receiving, if we are actually open to bringing things in like abundance in ways that we never have.


That’s a way to start removing that block. So, for example, let’s say somebody is like, you’re so pretty and instinctually you’re like, oh no, I could lose five or, I don’t know about that. What do you need? Glasses. What if you just start saying thank you? Well, what if you’re able to receive joy? Some people don’t even believe that they’re deserving of that.


So what would it look like a day in your life if you could actually start receiving? Or allowing things to come to you, as opposed to believing that you are not worthy of that? That right there is going to have a very different experience for you. Because if you’re constantly in a state of low self-worth, I that I’m sure has been calling for us a lot of not such good thing.


So if we change our mind, if we start to believe we are worthy, if we start receiving in ways that we never have. You, my friends, are starting to remove the blocks that have stopped you from manifesting the life of your dreams.

When you start To practice receiving, something amazing starts to happen. We actually are starting to play with the brain. We’re starting to take the brain into believing it’s actually safe to receive. It’s safe to get things. Whereas before, when you were in low self-worth, you might not believe you’re worthy. So you just play background. But when you start to receive and you start allowing abundance to you, you’re training your brain differently than it’s been trained your entire life.


That’s the sweet spot. That’s where I want to keep you guys so that you can start to create instead of be in lack.


The third manifestation block


It’s our attachment and desperation to things. So if we’re so attached, we’re desperate to receive something. What does that tell the universe? That tells the universe? I don’t have it. But if we actually release these attachments in desperate desperation, what you’re in fact doing is letting go and letting God, I like to say, or just letting go.

And let’s see what shows up walking around free of this desperation of what you’re holding on to allows time and space to enter. It’s no longer telling the universe, I don’t have. I’m in lack, I don’t have enough. Instead, it’s saying, show me what you got. And so I want to remove you from these attachments or desperation, because anything that is in control of you is not allowing anything else to come in.


So we have to start working on the moving of those attachments in desperation and letting go and seeing what is actually trying to find us. Because I can assure you, the universe is always trying to meet you where you want to be. But this thing called our mind, with all these thoughts and limited beliefs and manifestation blocks, has a stuck.


So I’m trying to unstick you, and I’m trying to get to a place where if I could just let go, if I could change that limiting belief, if I could change the fact that I don’t feel worthy, instead walk in a powerful place than I’ve normally walked, you are absolutely going to change the course of your life. This is a game changer.


I cannot stress this is enough. Once we change what’s going on up here, you change everything. There’s something called, the quantum field. I don’t know if any of you are, privy to this information, but in the quantum field, it says that anything is possible. That if you could visualize it, if you could see it in your mind, it is actually already just waiting to be stepped into.


But first, I have to teach you that you have manifestation blocks. And when we can shift them, that quantum field is like, what do you want? That’s how easy it is. It’s just a matter of getting on board and starting to change things in your life that you are ultimately going to see once you change them. That anything is possible, that everything is limitless, and that you can in fact have anything that you want.


We just have to start naming now. I’m going to get to that though.


So for attachment and desperation, there are absolute things that you can start to do to start to change your mind. And those are affirmations. The brain does not not not know the difference between reality or perception. So I really want you to start focusing on what you do want.


I want you to start by practicing affirmations. They can literally be as if it’s already done. It’s already stated I am enough, I am empowered, and I am wealthy and I am abundant. I am a magnet for success. I’m a magnet for emotional connection. I’m a magnet for abundance. Stating things as if they already are will absolutely change your life.


Why? Because you’re not so attached and desperate. This is the one it’s for. You’re not so attached, and you’re not so desperate of believing that you don’t have enough. Instead, you’re stating that you do. Instead, you’re stating I am. Instead of believing some old archaic belief system, you’re starting to lean into what you could be or what you already are.


And if you actually walk around like you already have it, guess why the universe has to answer to that? All we are is frequencies. All we are is energy. So how do you want your energy present in the world? Do you want it in the doldrums? Do you want it below? I always put a line here subpar. Or do you want to kick it up a notch into a higher vibrational frequency?


That’s really going to attract high vibrational circumstances. You’re in the driver’s seat. You get to call the shots. Except you never thought you could up until this point. So I’m here to teach you that you’re absolutely in charge. It’s whatever you want it to be. You want to stay in the doldrums? Yes. That is going to call for something very low frequency.


But what I’m trying to teach you is by manipulating the brain or influencing the brain in believing that you already are wealthy, that you already are abundant. You already call forth good friends and good relationships, that you are powerful, that you are a magnet to whatever it is that you want. And you walk that walk, talk that talk and act that act.


Something has to change. You get to choose whatever you want it to be. So make it good.


Okay. Another manifestation block is overthinking or doubt trying to control the outcome of your life is like trying to stop the flow of water. If you can actually stop doing that and just trust that the universe is going to give you the how, and you just sit back and just keep on imagining and dreaming. I love dreamers. Dreamers are what I like to call the biggest creators of their reality.


Because if you could see it, if you can feel what that would feel like, trust that the universe is going to bring it to you. But you have to stop overthinking it. You have to stop trying to control how it’s going to go in your mind. The universe is going to do that. I just need you to think that it’s already there.


Believe that it’s already there. Imagine that it’s already there. You know, I often say watch little kids. I don’t know if any of you out there have small children, but the smaller, smaller that they are, the more magnificent you get to see what it’s like to imagine they can be whoever they want. They could be an astronaut, an a dancer, and and this and that.


And they imagine so many things and it’s so exciting. It lights them up. When did we lose that? Because in losing that, we’ve literally lost a whole chunk of how to manifest. So if you can remember to say, stay in that sweet spot of imagining and dreaming, trust that the universe is going to worry about that. You don’t have to worry about those things.


Just worry about being out in the world and dreaming a little, imagining a little bit more, and then trusting the universe is going to deliver. So stop overthinking.

 

Instead of overthinking and doubting, all I want you to start to do is focus on the what and the why and trust the universe is going to give you the how. Stop trying to figure out the how the universe got that. Just focus on the what in the why


Another manifestation block is emotional baggage. We take so much anger resentment, guilt, fear, pain into this reality, this present day reality. But we need to stop doing that. Because what happens when you have a lot of baggage weighs you down. It’s not going to serve you. It’s only going to hinder you.


Instead of walking around with emotional baggage, one of the really amazing things that you can do are journal prompts. You can look these up. You can look them up on ChatGPT. Let’s say it’s for our relationship ending, right? This is a really big one. I loved this one when I saw it. Journal prompt on our relationship ending sounded like, okay, can you write your goodbye letter to the former relationship or the former version of yourself that little prefix right there, that little journal prompt is going to have you releasing all the emotional baggage you would have walked around with, and instead, it’s going to have you writing out the goodbye letter that
probably is needed. It’s probably needed to help you move on, to take that baggage away from you. Journal prompts are huge. You can look them up. You can look them up on ChatGPT input, whatever prompt you would like to write about, and it will give you exactly what you need to start purging instead of carrying that emotional baggage around with you.


Another really cool thing that you can try is to meditate. I know that when I first learned about meditating, I was like, right? But I’ll tell you something. Once I started leaning in, wow, I can’t. This day that does not go by that I don’t meditate. Why? Because when you can get into a quiet space and you can quiet the mind, I cannot tell you how many things come to you as you become avid in meditating.

 

You actually can start seeing things or visualizing things. Things come to you. What only come to you when the busy chatter of life is going on. Quieting the mind is key. Meditating will have you still. It will have you relaxed. It will not have all of this background noise following you. It centers you. It’s amazing. Journal prompts meditating.


What about forgiving? I cannot tell you how many people are so stuck in not forgiving. What if you just forgive somebody? And and I know some of you right now are like, no, but understand forgiving frees you. It has nothing to do with the other person. It has to do with you what I’m choosing to let go of no longer controls me.


How about crying? So many people hold back their tears. I’m like, no cry. Why? Crying, whether you know it or not, resets the nervous system and I’m sure that there are many of you out there who are dysregulated. Your nervous system is dysregulated because of the way you were raised, because you don’t have a handle on how to regulate.


Crying helps you actually reset the nervous system. So these are wonderful, wonderful antidotes. On emotional baggage. We’re going to release. We’re going to do things to recenter. And that’s going to help you move on without all these weights. Give it a try.


Another huge manifestation block is fear of change. Fear of change. Sometimes we are so scared to shift because of who we might actually become. We might become this huge entity that we don’t even know how to show up for. Or inversely, you might be scared of the people that you might lose and you will lose some people on your way up.


Rightfully so. Sometimes they are not meant to come with you, but fear of change is something that blocks you. Because if you stay stuck in fear, I like to call fear false evidence appearing real. It’s fake. It’s not real, it’s false. But if we stay stuck there, we can’t move forward. So a really great antidote for fear of change is affirming it is safe to have my life expand so that I can have abundance.


We have to start changing the narrative of what we believe to what it should be. Once we remove that manifestation block and step into the reality that it is safe to expand, it’s limitless. What you going to receive. So start working on that specific block. When you see that fear of change shows up, do something differently. Affirm it is safe to receive. It is safe to expand and watch the floodgates open for you.


So when fear of change shows up, lots of thoughts enter the building. Lots of thoughts that keep you stock, they keep you safe. And your nice little Cody cozy feet pajamas. But what I want you to do when those negative thoughts come in is to stop and ask yourself this question, what would I be and how would I feel without that fond,


Second, ask that question. You know you’re going to feel free. You know you’re going to feel light. You know you’re going to feel relieved, relaxed, at peace, happy. So why not try that? Why not say, oh baby, how would I feel without that thought and put it down? You’re allowed to put it things down. You don’t have to carry all of this cooped up.


Former limited beliefs, fears, emotional baggage. It just keeps you grounded and stuck. I’m trying to teach you how to fly. So what would I be? How would I feel without this thought and activate putting it down? Because that is going to have you in circumstances that are much higher, much lighter than you’ve been before. Give that a try
finally, our last manifestation block that might show up in your life is lack of inspired action. I cannot tell you.

The universe is always trying to conspire in your favor. But we have to be half of that equation. So what inspires you? What will you allow for yourself to do instead of staying small?

What would you allow yourself to be? What would what new things could you try? This is how we break this lack of inspired action. We have to start leaning into trying new things, being creative, doing something different that you normally would do, allowing yourself the space and time to do something differently because you’re allowed. What would you do to be inspired?


What could you do today?


When there is lack of inspired action, a really, really good antidote for that is to start paying attention to the nuggets. What do I mean by paying attention to the nudges? Well, you are always being guided. You are always being talked to, but sometimes you’re not listening. That’s where meditation comes in. Sometimes quieting the mind gives you ideas, gives you the nudges that you haven’t been paying attention to.


So if you could start quieting your mind and start paying attention to the nudges, the nudges are going to be directing you. They’re going to be telling you certain things that you might want to try, or maybe creative outlets that you’ve abandoned, that we now can start getting back together with, pay attention to those nudges and start trying new things, because new things are going to warrant a new reality.


This is how we break that inspired lack of inspired action. So give them a try because they are going to help you exponentially in a place where you have been stuck.


So after this first course that you’ve taken, I literally want you to remember this mantra I’m allowed, I have permission to you fill in the blank and then go do it. Because all of these manifestation blocks keep us stuck.


I don’t want you stuck anymore. I want to teach you how to create and manifest the life of your dreams.


And if you don’t know what those dreams are, that’s okay. We’re going to figure it out. But we have to play a little bit album. This world. We can’t be so rigid and stuck in our old ways because our old ways haven’t really given us the life we’ve wanted. So take this module, take this course and figure out where our blocks are, how to shift them, permission to change, permission to be who you’d like to be, permission to create, permission to try new things.
