Benefits Of Group Workshops

Our group workshops create a safe, connected space where individuals with different challenges come together to grow. As you witness others evolving, you naturally gain perspective and insight into your own journey. Each workshop offers practical tools for emotional growth and healing, all within the encouragement of a supportive community.

All workshops are administered live via Zoom and require a minimum of 6 individuals or 3 couples to qualify as a group program. Each group program includes a free attachment style quiz for every attendee, along with a free individual consultation specifically to review and explain their quiz results. This ensures that each participant receives personalized understanding in addition to the group experience.

Group workshops are $75 per person, with a minimum workshop rate of $450 based on the required number of attendees.
